Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are final upon opening. However if there’s an error on our part we will replace or refund your order. If you ever have a problem with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.

We do accept returns of unopened products for exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of exchanged items. Items for refund are subject to a nonnegotiable $4.50 refund fee and for the original shipping cost. The return fee and shipping cost will be taken out of the refund. Please allow 3 business days for an exchange/return process. Refunds are credited within 1-3 business days after being submitted.

Items must be returned undamaged. We highly recommend requesting a tracking number when returning products. Moon Kratom is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please be aware not all strains will produce the same results for each individual. We highly recommend when trying a new strain or vendor, customers order the smallest amount first, to make sure it will fit their needs.

We have the most reasonable shipping out there! You pay what we pay. All items are send USPS Priority. We also have overnight options as long as the order is in by 4:00 PM Central Standard time.
