What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Moon Kratom. Our store platform (Shopify) also collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, verify your age and delivery location as the law requires, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and, if you agree, send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment processor, shipping carriers, and any age-verification service we use. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar tools to run the cart and checkout, remember your age confirmation, and understand how the site is used.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing moonkratom@gmail.com. We'll keep records we're required to keep by law, such as order and tax records.
