Refund Policy

If we made a mistake

If there's an error on our part, such as a wrong, damaged or missing item, we will replace or refund it. Contact us at moonkratom@gmail.com or 737-703-8420 with your order number, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unopened products for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Opened products can't be returned unless the problem was our error.

• Exchanges: you pay the shipping cost to send the item back and to ship the exchanged item to you.
• Refunds: a non-negotiable $4.50 refund fee and the original shipping cost are deducted from the refund.

Items must be returned undamaged. We highly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, because Moon Kratom isn't responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.

How long it takes

Please allow 3 business days for us to process an exchange or return after we receive it. Once a refund is submitted, it's credited to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days.

Cancelled orders

If we cancel an order because we can't legally ship it to the delivery address, or because the buyer's age couldn't be verified, we refund the full amount, including shipping. No refund fee applies.
