Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and times

Every order ships for a flat rate of $8.50, whatever its size. Orders ship from Austin, Texas by USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2 to 3 business days after the order leaves us. We aim to ship orders placed by 2pm CST on business days the same day.

Where we ship

We ship only within the United States, and only to places where kratom can legally be sold and shipped. Checkout will not offer shipping to a restricted state.

We currently do not ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or international addresses. We also do not ship to counties or cities that ban kratom, including San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Parker, Monument and Greenwood Village (CO), Idaho Falls and Kellogg (ID), Jerseyville, Alton, Glen Carbon and Edwardsville (IL), Albuquerque (NM), and Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello, Mount Vernon and Bellingham (WA). Beginning January 1, 2027 we will no longer ship to Kentucky.

Laws change often, and we review this list every month. If an order is placed to an address we can't legally ship to, we will cancel it and refund it in full.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to order. We may ask you to verify your age before an order ships, and we will cancel and refund any order where age can't be verified.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at moonkratom@gmail.com or 737-703-8420 and we'll help sort it out.
