Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by Moon Kratom, based in Austin, Texas. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy our products. Texas law (the Texas Kratom Consumer Protection Act) prohibits selling kratom to anyone under 18, and most other states that regulate kratom require buyers to be 21; Moon Kratom uses 21 as its minimum everywhere. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and that buying and possessing kratom is legal where you live and where the order is delivered. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel any order.

Restricted locations

We do not sell or ship to locations where kratom is banned or restricted. Our shipping policy lists the current locations. You are responsible for knowing the laws where you live.

Products and statements

Kratom is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we make no claims about their effects. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use, and follow the directions and serving size on the product label. Products made by other companies are sold as supplied by their makers.

Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by a minor, that ship to a restricted location, or that contain pricing errors. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Discounts

Discount code MOON15 gives 15% off and can be used once per customer. Discounts can't be combined unless stated and may end at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moon Kratom is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
